Planning a wedding is a very exciting time for both the bride and groom and their parents. It is also a very busy time and the Albury Racing Club would like to assure you of our total commitment in making the day as relaxing as possible. Part of our commitment would be to work closely with you to assist you with catering options, décor and all issues concerned with making your day perfect and one to remember.
The Albury Racing Club has many different options available for your wedding with the popular Members Lounge and Pavilion hosting most of our weddings.
The Members Lounge overlooks the racecourse with floor to ceiling windows and when dressed for a wedding looks absolutely stunning. Seating capacity up to 120 for a sit down or buffet style meal or up to 150 for a finger food cocktail style format.
The Pavilion can cater for larger numbers and is a great outdoor style venue in the Summer months and an alternative to hiring a marquee.
There are two great Deck areas that are ideal for pre-dinner drinks on the arrival of your guests. They can also be dressed with all the trimmings i.e. chair covers candles etc to greatly enhance the area.
The Albury Racing Club has an abundance of lush green areas perfect for the outdoor ceremony, allowing you the convenience of having your ceremony, reception and photos all at the one venue.
You will see that the Albury Racing Club can offer tailored all inclusive style packages for your wedding or the flexibility of using one of our preferred caterers or your own caterer and different options with beverages and theming.

Albury Racing Club works with a number of local caterers for weddings and events including our on site caterer Fiona Landy Catering. The option to self cater or utilise a different caterer is available and can be discussed with our event staff.

Albury Racing Club is a fully licensed venue with no BYO options available. If there is a particular type of wine or beverage you would like served at your wedding please discuss this with the event staff to see if it is available.
For a wedding, as with all options at for fuctions at the Albury Racing Club, the beverages can be done on a package basis or a cash bar/consumption basis.
Standard Beverage Package - 5 Hours $40 per person
- Members Lounge Tap Beer - Carlton Draught or Carlton Dry, Carlton Mid, Cascage Light
- Deck/Pavilion events - Carlton Draught cans or Carlton Dry cans, Carlton Mid cans, Cascade Light cans
- Sparkling Wine - Yellowglen Yellow or Pink, Morris Chardonnay Pinot Noir
- White Wine - Upside Down Sauvignon Blanc, Morris Chardonnay, Buller Beverford Moscato
- Red Wine - Morris Shiraz, Buller Beverford Merlot
- Soft Drink - Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Lift, Orange Juice, Soda Water

When holding a wedding at the Albury Racing Club the following items are included in most packages:

Having your ceremony at the Albury Racing Club is a unique experience allowing guests to stay in the one location for the duration of the night. There are many locations on course to hold a ceremony including the grandstand, lawn areas, under shady elm trees and mounting yard. After the 'I Do's', guest's can relax on the deck area whilst the happy couple use the full grounds for plenty of photo opportunities, including the finishing post, water features, horse stalls and rustic buildings.
There are also wet weather options available as a back up for those wanting to ensure rain doesn't dampen their day.
